Armenia and ratification procedure

Armenia ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism (CETS No. 196: http://www.coe.int/en/web/conventions/full-list/-/conventions/treaty/196 )
and the Protocol No. 15 amending the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CETS No. 213 http://www.coe.int/en/web/conventions/full-list/-/conventions/treaty/213)
