Polish Person of the Year : 2015
On the 14th of March the jury of the Polish Person of the Year met in Tiel to discuss the new edition of this contest.
The Polish Person of the Year contest is organized by the Polonus foundation whose president is Ms Hanna Hummel and is supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland. Ms Barbara Borys-Damiecka, a Polish senator, is the president of the jury. The goal of the event is to choose outstanding Polish citizens living in the Netherlands in the following categories: business, culture, science, a young person of success and an honorary Polonus: a person or organization who/which contributed in an outstanding way to the integration of the Polish community.
The 2015 edition will be held on the 21st of November in Hilversum.
