Wroclaw is the European Culture Capital City 2016. Why not visit Wroclaw?

Mayor of the city of Wroclaw invites you to meet in Wroclaw and this is what he says in his exclusive invitation:

Wroclaw is a vibrant, historic city. It is an academic centre with 22 institutions of higher education and over 140 000 students. It is a dynamic business center with an economy increasingly based on new technologies and innovation. The extraordinary city`s history is being continuously enriched by prestigious scientific, cultural or sport events. In 2016 Wroclaw will become European Capital of Culture, whereas in 2017 it will be the host of The World Games. Wroclaw is the meeting place – let’s meet in Wroclaw.
