Warsaw according to Forbes a Top City in the World to Launch a Startup

Forbes published a list of Top 10 Cities In The World To Launch Your Startup. Warsaw is mentioned third on the list after Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Beijing (China). Forbes states that due to the fact that Poland has a bigger internal market and stronger entrepreneurial history it is considered  stronger than Czech Republic and Slovakia. Such Polish companies as Allegro, Wirtualna Polska, Onet, LiveChat (IPO), Nasza Klasa are very successful here. Warsaw attracts top tech companies such as for example Google, which is opening its Campus by the end of this year. Forbes continues that the Polish government is supporting this development. Warsaw is the main sponsor of Bitspiration a conference for startups in Poland, which Forbes describes as the biggest and the most westernized conference. Other hubs in Poland besides Warsaw are: Krakow, Gdansk and Wroclaw.

Other Central and Eastern Europe places on the list are Sofia (Bulgaria) which enjoys the lowest income taxes (10%) and Moscow (Russia) offering high quality engineers and a high number of technical companies.

On the list there are also such cities as London (Great Britain), Sydney (Australia), Bangalore (India), Tunis (Tunisia), Cairo (Egipt)
