Sworn translations

According to the Dutch law concerning sworn translators and interlocutors  in the Netherlands only translators and interlocutors who are registered in ” Register beëdigde tolken en vertalers (RBtv) ” are official sworn translators and interlocutors. Sworn translations done by other translators are illegal.

Translators from Communications-Unlimited are registered in the RBtv. ”Register beëdigde tolken en vertalers” is a department of the Raad voor Rechtsbijstand (Dutch Legal Aid Council) that has been entrusted by the Ministry of Justice with various implementation tasks in respect of the Wet beëdigde tolken en vertalers (Sworn Interpreters and Translators Act). Beata Bruggeman-Sekowska is an official certified sworn translator, registered in the RBtv,  in the following language combination: Dutch-Polish-English.
