There are more and more fantastic restaurants and unique shops in Heerlen. One of such special restaurants is Fresco Pasta Bar at Pancratiusstraat 6. (http://www.frescopastabar.nl/index.html)
I love this place, every time a culinary journey, fresh, delicious! Our son came with a drawing and the chef Alex cooked exactly the same what our son drew! I tried ravioli in the best surprise me sauce: gorgonzola and walnuts. Sublime wine and amazing home-made white-dark chocolate mousse followed. Great place, delicious food and fantastic restaurant owners: Asnath with Alex and their two daughters: Sara and Anna.
Heerlen rocks, Fresco Pasta Bar the place to visit!
P.S. Heerlen also offers fantastic places to jog if you need to burn the calories and visit the restaurant again! Why not. We will be there!
