In the Netherlands, sworn translations may only be performed by sworn translators registered with the national register of sworn translators. (Register beëdigde tolken en vertalers). This is required by law.
The prosecutor’s office, courts, notary’s and attorney’s offices also use the services of sworn translators.
Beata Bruggeman-Sekowska, M.A has been sworn in and is qualified as a Polish-English-Dutch sworn translator by a court in Maastricht (Limburg). She is registered in the register of sworn translators (Rbtv).
She is the author of 7 language books, linguist, sworn translator, international journalist and academic teacher. Our office also employs sworn translators of the German language.
