The annual commemoration of the liberation of Hungarian pastors by Dutch Admiral Michiel Adriaenszoon de Ruyter will be opened by the De Ruyter foundation’s president Frits de Ruyter de Wildt and Ambassador Kocsis. The event will include a lecture by Jan Nuboer on the Hungarian city Debrecen, a wreath laying ceremony and a visit to De Ruyter’s crypt in De Nieuwe Kerk. The program is supported by the Embassy of Hungary.
